Stephen P. Kelly concentrates in the representation of First Responders across the State of Illinois. This includes not only representing First responders in their Illinois Workers Compensation Cases, but also in the First Responder’s pursual of Line of Duty Pension Benefits, Nonduty Pension Benefits, PEDA Benefits, and PSEBA Benefits.
Stephen P. Kelly is licensed to practice in all Illinois courts, as well as U.S. District court and State and Federal Appellate Courts. Stephen P. Kelly is also licensed to practice in the State of Iowa, and a member of the Iowa Bar Association. He is recognized by his peers as an Illinois Leading Lawyer in Workers’ Compensation Law.
Stephen P. Kelly wants only to do the best job he can for his clients, starting with the initial consultation that he does himself rather than appointing a staff member to take the meeting. The same is true when a case reaches the courts; he will be there representing your case, protecting your rights.

ABOUT IPPFA

The IPPFA was founded in 1985 as a not-for-profit organization whose mandate was to educate public pension fund trustees. In 2009 the IPPFA became the primary education provider for public pension fund trustees in the state of Illinois. Our members manage over eighteen billion dollars in pension assets.
